2. Lawful use

Users must use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. Users must not use the Platform to violate laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, product safety rules, labour rules or professional obligations.

3. Security restrictions

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another tenant, probe or scan systems without permission, introduce malware, overload the service, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with logging, reverse engineer restricted components or use the Platform to attack any system.

4. Content restrictions

Users must not upload or process unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, pornographic, extremist, dangerous or intentionally false content. 5. Professional misuse

Users must not present reports, templates, scores or status indicators as independent certification, notified body approval, legal advice, engineering advice or guaranteed compliance. Reports must be reviewed by qualified personnel before external use.

6. Data minimisation

Users should upload only data required for the customer's quality, inspection, welding, reporting or compliance workflow. Customers remain responsible for retention, deletion and legal archiving decisions.

7. Automation and scraping

Automated access, scraping, load testing, data mining or API use is allowed only where expressly supported or authorised and must not impair the Platform, bypass limits or create security risk.

8. Resale and service bureau use

Users may not resell, sublicense, white-label or provide service bureau access to the Platform without written permission, except where an Order expressly permits multi-client or consultant use.

9. Enforcement

The provider may investigate suspected violations, suspend accounts, restrict features, remove content, throttle traffic, notify administrators, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

10. Reporting abuse

Suspected misuse, security concerns or illegal content can be reported through the contact or support channels listed on the WeldInspect Pro website or in the application.
